We have learned arguing only delivers temporary feeling of accomplishment. When trying to prove a point to win an argument there’s always someone on the losing end. Respect someone’s information without conflict. Relationships are what builds our networking capabilities. Open conversation is always preferred, but being able to diffuse an argument will help us keep and strengthen relationships.
Accountability, Taking Responsibility
Although taking responsibility seems to be an obvious thing, people seem to shy away from accountability to avoid discomfort. We know that no matter what the issue is, if we could have or do have anything to do with the outcome in any negative way, we should hold ourselves accountable for not trying to resolve the problem. Even if we’re not directly responsible for the problem, pointing blame will not solve anything. Everyone involved is responsible for fixing and preventing errors.

I'm the owner and operator of Absolute Wheel Repair. I started this company in 2017 with a goal to grow and become the leader in my area while supplying jobs to my community and friends. I started doing wheels in 2010 and have over 10 years experience. I am married to my wife Ashley and we have 3 awesome kids. I enjoy training Mixed martial arts and love to spread the message of active lifestyle. I look forward to earning your business!
A few hobbies of mine are football, fishing, and spending time with my family. I recently became a father to a beautiful girl. Since having her my main goal has been to provide, love and guide her. Another goal I have is to continue to learn the AWR ways, so I can further help the company build and grow.
I am the newest member of the team and am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow as the office coordinator. I have a technical support background and am always looking for a creative outlet. When I am not at the office, I am spending time with my husband and two kiddos.
